  • Our Facial Soap Essential Oils are all chosen for their purported benefits for the face. However they all are also pleasant to use, and below you will find a brief description of their scent.

    LEMONGRASS + ROSEMARY - Classic Lemongrass is lemony + green. Rosemary is herbal and blends well with Lemongrass. This soap has a pleasantly sweet, lemony herbal scent.

    LAVENDER + GERANIUM - This beautiful blend of face loving Lavender and a hint of Geranium has a complex, slightly spicy floral scent.

    UNSCENTED - Our unscented has no masking scents of any kind. Therefore you will smell the scent of good soap. That’s it.

  • The purchase is for one full sized bar of facial soap. Due to the handmade, small batch process, weights and dimensions vary slightly. However, our facial bars are approximately: 3 inches in diameter, slightly more than one inch thick, and 3.8 - 4 oz in weight.

  • Wet, lather, and apply to skin, avoiding eyes. Rinse thoroughly.

    If you are past 30 and beginning to lose the moisture in your skin we recommend following up with our Tallow Plus+, Whipped Face Butter, or Face lotion bar. All of these are designed to restore moisture balance to your face naturally, made without synthetic chemicals and extremely concentrated so a little goes a very long way.

    If you are young and your skin is still fully elastic and supple we do not recommend using a moisturizer. Excessive use of moisturizers can eventually cause your face to stop producing its own moisture. Therefore we recommend using moisturizers only when needed. If you are young and already having moisture issues we recommend consulting your skin care expert about our leave-on facial care products to see if they are right for you.

    For handcrafted soaps like ours, a raised soap dish works best so as to not allow it to sit in water. Ensure it dries between uses to prolong its life.

  • What is the difference between all the different face soaps? We created three of each type (Goat Milk, Tallow & Triple Butter) and made each one in Aloe, Clay, and Colostrum. Since every person’s skin responds differently to different ingredients we wanted to offer a large variety. Each one is designed specifically for faces, with face loving oils and actives.
